The following is an agreement made between the consignee, Mike Green,
and the consignor, (name) on

Both parties understand and accept the following terms:

• Treasures of the Talking Wire will review and contact you on your consignment request
• At the close of the sale, consignment items will be sold to the highest bidder.
• At the close of a successful sale the following consignment fees will be deducted from the selling price:
  • A $20 flat fee will be charged for all items sold for $200 and under.
  • A 10% fee will be charged for all items sold between $201 and $4000.
  • A 5 % fee will be charged for all items sold above $4001.
• Payment will be made to the consignor after the purchaser's return period expires.
• If an item does not sell during the auction, it will go into a post-auction sale at the minimum price stated below plus a fee of not more than 10%. If item remains unsold it will be returned.
